Our creator consulting firm is seeking dynamic and ambitious sales rep managers / account managers to join our team. We're looking for individuals who are creative, adaptable, and passionate about US pop culture and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 6-12 sales representatives
• Create light content
• Analyze and improve sales strategies using data

Requirements:

• Available 5-7 days a week, 8 hours a day
• Open-minded and creative thinker
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Exceptional understanding of English and US-based pop culture
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and attend in-person workshops in Dubai
• Background in Salesforce, team management, or content creation (beneficial)
• US natives preferred
