Senior Data Scientist, Analytics (Marketing)

We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our Marketing team during a pivotal growth phase. In this role, you'll analyze marketing data, develop insights, and drive data-driven decisions that directly impact our business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to evaluate Marketing initiatives' performance and ROI
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder decision-making
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Marketing KPIs
• Partner with Marketing teams to measure campaign performance and identify insights
• Develop data-driven Marketing forecasts and budgets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Marketing strategies
• Support experimentation initiatives for marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field with 5+ years industry experience
• 2+ years of Marketing Analytics or similar experience
• Digital marketing channel knowledge (email, paid ads, SEO)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Expert in SQL, Python, or R; schema design experience a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
• A/B testing and experimentation knowledge
• Statistical analysis and machine learning modeling skills
• Programming experience in Python or R
