We're seeking a Motion Designer to join our Brand Studio team in NYC. In this role, you'll help define Ramp's visual identity through motion design, working on high-impact projects across our marketing channels. This position requires at least 2 days per week in our NYC office near Madison Square Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development of Ramp's motion design, including styles, behaviors, and motion toolkits
- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics for website, social media, and marketing materials
- Establish systems for consistent brand animation
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Brand Designers, and cross-functional teams
- Develop motion prototypes and gather stakeholder feedback
- Work with external partners to maintain brand consistency
- Partner with UX/UI designers and developers on animation implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of motion design experience in tech/entertainment or advertising
- Strong motion design portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D/Blender (plus), and Figma
- Expert knowledge of design fundamentals
- Experience with emerging motion and prototyping tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Systems-thinking approach
