We're seeking a strategic and dynamic AI and developer events manager to join our team at Writer. This role is critical in executing and supporting our global technical events portfolio, requiring a proactive professional with a keen eye for detail and technical audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Tactically plan and execute developer, AI, and technical events including conferences, meetups, and hackathons
• Manage comprehensive event logistics from venue selection to vendor management
• Handle event budgeting, expense tracking, and financial optimization
• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and gather stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align events with company go-to-market and recruiting strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of event management experience focused on technical audiences
• Proven track record managing developer and AI-related events
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent events
• Deep familiarity with the developer and AI ecosystem
