Growth Marketer

We're experiencing strong digital distribution growth (+45% annually) and seeking a paid marketing specialist to scale our acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our SEA channel
• Develop targeted campaigns for specific customer segments
• Create and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
• Drive data-driven optimization of campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate with design and content teams
• Manage budget allocation and performance tracking
• Test and implement new channels (Display, YouTube)

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in paid marketing or growth roles
• Proficiency in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Experience in campaign creation, optimization and budget management
• Ability to work autonomously
• Creative mindset with test-and-learn approach
• Fluent in French
• B2B experience is a plus
