Performance Marketing Manager - New Channels

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager - New Channels to drive therapy and psychiatric patient acquisition through diverse digital channels. In this role, you'll expand our digital presence beyond SEM, managing paid social and developing strategies for programmatic display/video, audio, and programmatic OOH campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple non-SEM paid channels
• Direct hands-on experience managing digital channels
• Proven ability to analyze data across platforms (ad platforms, analytics tools, BI tools, CRMs)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience with programmatic video/display, dOOH, audio, and/or paid social
• Platform setup and integration expertise
• Agency partner management experience
• Healthcare or mental health industry experience
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling new channels
