Web Engineer

We're seeking a Web Engineer to join our dynamic 6-person team. You'll help shape Ramp.com using our React (Next.js), Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript stack while working with a passionate group dedicated to exceptional web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
• Collaborate with the paid ads team on A/B testing landing pages across multiple channels
• Build design systems and maintain high UX standards
• Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems for scalability

Requirements

• 2+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Strong React proficiency
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Next.js and server-side rendering experience
• Tailwind CSS expertise
• Web design background
• SEO knowledge
