Community Event Manager Role
We're seeking a dynamic Community Event Manager to build and strengthen our brand presence through strategic event planning and community engagement. This high-impact role will drive Ramp's growth by creating compelling experiences that connect with our partners, customers, and potential talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Ramp's community event strategy
- Manage end-to-end program planning and budget
- Collaborate across teams to align event messaging and goals
- Develop thought leadership and speaker management strategies
- Analyze event impact and create improvement recommendations
- Build scalable event processes and vendor partnerships
- Provide onsite event management in New York City
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in agency, tech, or SaaS organizations
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Self-starter with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel multiple times per quarter
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
