About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our Product Management and Marketing teams. This high-impact role will shape hiring strategies and attract world-class talent across R&D and Marketing functions.

  • Partner with leadership to understand organizational hiring needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies
  • Create strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Maintain high talent standards aligned with Ramp's culture
  • Manage recruiting pipeline and data integrity
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in tech startups
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership
  • Data-driven recruiting approach
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Commitment to outstanding candidate experience
