SDR Operations Manager

As an SDR Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting our Sales Development Team. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and analytical individual passionate about sales operations and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes to streamline SDR workflows
• Manage and analyze SDR-related data in CRM systems
• Oversee sales tools and technologies configuration
• Develop and maintain reporting structures and dashboards
• Support SDR onboarding and ongoing training
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Monitor lead quality and pipeline health
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Substantial experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations
• Deep understanding of SDR processes, strategies, and best practices
• Proven track record of implementing successful strategies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, and other SDR-related tools
• Experience managing processes in a global environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as an SDR/BDR or SDR/BDR Leader
• Global work environment experience
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and other sales tools
