Performance Marketing Manager - Patient

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our digital expansion and optimize our patient acquisition channels. You'll own our Patient Portals channel while exploring and scaling new digital marketing opportunities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize provider listings across insurance portals
  • Improve conversion rates for portal leads
  • Test and scale new marketing channels (YouTube, programmatic, paid social, podcast, direct mail)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze data to drive growth decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (2+ years in digital optimization/patient acquisition)
  • 2+ years of direct team management or contractor/agency oversight
  • 2+ years of B2C experience
  • Experience managing multiple non-SEM digital channels
  • Proficiency in analyzing data across various platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience improving directory visibility and SEO/SEM
  • Healthcare or mental health industry experience
  • 2+ years in a high-growth startup
  • Success in scaling channels from scratch
