We're looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Working Student to drive our online marketing efforts forward. As a key team member, you'll support website development, marketing automation, and digital performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize website features and updates
Implement marketing automation strategies
Coordinate SEO and SEA efforts
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights
Manage communication with agencies and freelancers
Execute online marketing campaigns
Lead smaller marketing and website projects

Requirements

Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in marketing
Bilingual (German and English)
Experience with online marketing, SEO, SEA, social media
Proficiency in CMS platforms
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with marketing automation and project management tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
