Key Responsibilities

• Develop market-driven design solutions that engage users and drive conversions
• Create static and motion design assets for advertising and social media platforms
• Design web landing pages and email newsletters
• Iterate designs based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing teams and international design partners

Requirements

• 6+ years design experience, with 2+ years in marketing design
• Proven track record designing performance and digital marketing campaigns
• Experience across major ad platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Proficiency in design software: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
• Native-level French and professional English (additional languages a plus)
• Portfolio submission required
