Sales Advisor

PIP University, a market leader in the beauty industry since 2016, is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor to join our transformational education program for salon owners. Our mission is to revolutionize the industry by providing forward-thinking, implementable education that creates profitable businesses, thriving career hairstylists, and flourishing families.

As our lead volume continues to grow, we're looking for a driven individual to help us enroll more salons and positively impact more lives. You'll be working remotely with a dynamic team, enjoying the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant difference in the lives of salon owners across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve Book to Close rate
• Increase the number of closed clients and revenue generated
• Boost the number of calls booked from our paid funnel
• Conduct effective outbound communication to increase lead engagement
• Make offers to qualified leads
• Manage the sales process efficiently to close leads quickly

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, phone sales, SaaS sales)
• Passion for making offers and closing deals
• Ability to navigate objections and create open dialogues with clients
• Strong desire to earn uncapped commissions
• Ownership of results and clean sales process management
• Exceptional work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
• Proven closer with 1-2 call close phone experience
• Understanding of digital marketing domain and strategies (preferred)
• Located in one of the 4 North American time zones (preferred)
• Available 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
