Key Responsibilities

Lead thought leadership content development
- Craft white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports
- Create sales collateral and enterprise-focused pitch materials
Manage LinkedIn content strategy
- Develop engaging company page content
- Collaborate with leadership on personal brand positioning
Support sales and demand generation
- Develop high-value content to nurture leads
- Create compelling customer success narratives
Collaborate with design team
- Produce visually engaging multimedia assets
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing
Background in CCaaS, Call Center, or Voice AI preferred
Proven expertise in creating long-form, high-quality content
Strong LinkedIn content optimization skills
Exceptional storytelling ability
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Preferred background in AI, SaaS, or B2B technology
