Senior Graphic Designer

We're seeking a detail-oriented creative professional with B2B experience and understanding of AI concepts who can transform complex information into engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts across digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and social media
• Work closely with communication, product, and marketing teams to develop brand-aligned visual assets
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Design visuals for presentations, pitch decks, website assets, and product demos
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices, especially in AI and technology sectors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in tech/AI environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative projects
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Superior visual design skills with emphasis on typography, color, and layout
• Strategic understanding of brand impact and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• UX, motion design, or video creation experience is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive mindset with strong team player attitude
