Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing in Singapore to spearhead our global Airwallex for Startups program. You'll design and scale initiatives that create value for startups while strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies focused on startup acquisition
• Lead as thought leader and brand ambassador for Airwallex's startup program
• Drive co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners
• Create enablement materials and toolkits for partners and regional teams
• Establish performance tracking infrastructure
• Monitor industry trends to evolve program effectiveness

Requirements

Essential:

• 8+ years of startup partner marketing experience
• Track record of executing marketing programs across US, EMEA, and APAC
• Deep understanding of startup ecosystems and B2B marketing
• Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience building startup programs in fast-growing companies
• Fintech, payments, or SaaS sector background
• Startup environment experience
• Partner marketing expertise
