Your Role & Impact

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you'll drive impactful campaigns alongside our Campaign and Lifecycle Manager. You'll optimize performance, push creative boundaries, and deliver measurable results through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns from design to delivery
Craft compelling, brand-aligned email content
Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
Implement strategic list segmentation for personalized content
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
Manage campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools

Requirements

1-2 years of B2B email marketing experience
2 years of HubSpot expertise
Strong grasp of email marketing best practices
Excellence in written communication and attention to detail
Data analysis and A/B testing experience
Project management capabilities
Experience with marketing automation tools
Marketing-related certifications (preferred)
