We're seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our Creative Production team, creating high-quality video content that aligns with our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Motion & Visual Design:

Create compelling animations and videos for platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok
Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guides
Ensure top-notch motion design outputs with meticulous attention to detail
Enhance visual storytelling to boost engagement
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Demonstrate leadership skills by inspiring and collaborating with team members
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions
Drive efficiency and strive for continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience and Expertise:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design proficiency
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
Proficiency in AI tools (Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Health & Fitness industry trends preferred

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
Proficient in English (minimum B1 level)
