Key Responsibilities

  • Architect mobile-first engagement strategies for our customer base
  • Build personalized omnichannel journeys focusing on push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
  • Develop contextual trigger-based campaigns responsive to user behavior
  • Implement advanced mobile segmentation using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data
  • Drive mobile channel experimentation to optimize engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate strategic mobile messaging
  • Analyze mobile engagement data and make data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • 6+ years lifecycle marketing experience, with 3+ years focused on mobile channels
  • Proven success driving metrics in SaaS or fintech environments
  • Deep understanding of mobile user behavior and engagement patterns
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Expertise in mobile messaging compliance and deliverability

Technical Skills

  • Experience with mobile marketing platforms (Braze, CleverTap)
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms
