We're seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager, Product to join our mission-driven team in New York or San Francisco.

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, Product, you'll support our VP of Product, contributing to product direction, strategic planning, project management, performance analysis, and communications. This role is crucial in driving our product vision and enhancing our systems' efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic, functional, and business updates for Product
• Support product operational rhythm and planning cycles
• Maintain leadership reviews and meetings
• Communicate initiative progress and results
• Distill and communicate product vision across the organization
• Provide data-driven analysis to support the VP of Product
• Represent cross-functional knowledge to drive product strategy

Requirements:

• Strong product strategy experience
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Cross-functional facilitation capabilities
• Background in strategy, operations, or consulting
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Ability to work in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid model
