Role Overview
We're seeking a strategic Head of Performance Marketing to drive efficient, high-quality growth across acquisition channels. This is a high-impact role for an experienced marketing leader who can transform marketing spend into scalable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale acquisition strategy across paid search, social, content marketing, and performance channels
- Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns for efficient, high-quality growth
- Manage full acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion
- Develop rigorous experimentation pipeline for messaging and targeting
- Partner with product team to drive member value and retention
- Build and mentor a world-class performance marketing team
- Engage with key platform partners to identify new opportunities
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years performance/growth marketing experience, preferably in marketplace or subscription businesses
- 7+ years leading teams and managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition, SEO, and full-funnel growth strategies
- Highly analytical with strong data presentation skills
- Collaborative leader with a test-and-learn mindset
