We're seeking a Head of Regional Marketing (B2B) to spearhead our brand strategy across Continental Europe and the Middle East. As part of the EMEA leadership team, you'll own demand generation across multiple channels and act as a B2B Marketing all-rounder, driving both brand building and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a trusted brand across the EMEA region
- Lead and mentor a team of ambitious Marketers
- Develop comprehensive B2B Marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Drive scalable demand generation campaigns
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including events and partner co-marketing
- Oversee local product launches
- Identify customer insights and craft compelling value propositions
Requirements
- 15+ years of Marketing experience, primarily in B2B growth
- Proven success with integrated campaigns driving brand and business metrics
- Experience leading regional marketing teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- EMEA-based fintech or startup experience preferred
