We're seeking a strategic leader to drive our Sales Development Team's success in the EMEA market. As our Sales Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in optimizing lead generation and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Sales Development Team
  • Define and execute SDR strategic direction

  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Required: Fluency in English and French
  • Substantial Sales Development Leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of SDR processes and strategies
  • International work environment experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
