We're seeking a Senior Director of Field Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive pipeline growth. In this role, you'll shape our field marketing strategy while collaborating closely with our sales team to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Orchestrate regional conferences, experiences, and deal acceleration programs
• Create impactful marketing programs in partnership with sales teams
• Lead and develop a growing field marketing team
• Measure campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Oversee field marketing budget and resources
• Monitor and adapt to industry trends
• Cultivate partner and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, emphasizing field and event marketing leadership
• Demonstrated success in field marketing strategy and regional event execution
• Expert project management capabilities
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills
• Mastery of event management tools and CRM platforms
