Vanta is on a mission to secure the internet and protect consumer data through continuous security monitoring and verification. As a leader in Trust Management Platform, we serve over 8,000 customers, making security practices more accessible and verifiable. We're seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy & Community to lead our advisory board programs and community strategy, with a focus on engaging security and compliance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy for Customer and Product Advisory Board programs
  • Lead recruitment of security and compliance leaders for strategic discussions
  • Drive community engagement across online and offline channels
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for community initiatives
  • Partner with GTM teams to nurture and celebrate customer advocacy
  • Foster relationships with senior security practitioners (CISOs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Security, Brand, Product, and Event Marketing teams

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience working with C-Suite leadership and senior security professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • Proactive approach with proven track record in technical environments
  • Ability to inspire and lead security practitioners and customers
  • Experience in building and managing advocacy programs

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $178,000 - $209,000
