We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our presence in the UK/Ireland market and contribute to our mission of becoming the global leader in Language AI.
As our SDR, you'll build a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities across various industries using a multi-channel approach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with natural curiosity and a genuine care for others, passionate about communications and eager to be part of our fast-paced scale-up journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from DeepL website and marketing activities through multiple channels
- Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver qualified meetings
- Manage territory and develop outbound strategies
- Achieve monthly meeting and NQP targets
- Execute high-activity outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate excitement about DeepL's B2B product suite
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Contribute to a collaborative, energetic team environment
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- Strong active listening skills and natural curiosity
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Passion for technology sales
- Minimum 6 months sales experience (preferably in SaaS/Inside Sales/SDR/BDR)
