Director of Pricing & Packaging

We're seeking a Director of Pricing & Packaging to lead our monetization strategy across our B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you'll shape how we structure and price our products while creating value for both customers and BetterUp. If you're a strategic thinker with deep customer empathy and strong analytical skills, you could be perfect for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute pricing strategies that balance simplicity with flexibility
• Drive revenue growth through deep understanding of customer segments and ROI value-drivers
• Lead competitive research and market analysis to inform strategic positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives
• Develop and maintain pricing KPIs and performance metrics
• Build and lead a small team of pricing analysts
• Establish pricing and packaging as a strategic function within the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years B2B SaaS pricing and packaging experience with enterprise clients
• Proven track record driving revenue growth in high-growth environments
• Experience with various B2B SaaS pricing models and expansion strategies
• Strong analytical skills and strategic pricing expertise
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize market research into actionable insights
• Player-coach mindset with team management experience
