Influencer Marketing Manager

We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our influencer partnerships and drive growth through strategic collaborations. This role is vital for scaling our Influencer User Acquisition channel and increasing revenue through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing influencer agency partnerships
• Source and develop new influencer collaborations
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies
• Oversee a monthly budget of €300,000
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align influencer strategies with business objectives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing influencer campaigns and agency relationships
• Strong data analysis skills and KPI tracking capabilities
• Excellent negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities
• Creative approach to campaign development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across time zones
• Strategic mindset balancing relationship management with data-driven decisions
• Self-motivated with strong initiative
