We're seeking a Senior Paid Social UA Manager to drive scalable growth across our social media channels, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram lead generation and ROAS optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and native display channels
• Drive ROAS through performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven budget allocation
• Develop and execute strategies for scalable lead acquisition
• Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data
• Stay current with industry trends and adapt to new platforms and challenges

• Proven experience in managing and scaling paid social campaigns
