Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable partner enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, and training content
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and strategic partnerships teams to develop effective partner resources
• Support joint marketing initiatives and produce collateral for partner co-selling
• Coordinate between Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams
• Drive partner readiness through onboarding guides and certification programs
• Build tracking frameworks to assess partner enablement effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 7+ years experience in partner marketing, preferably in fintech/SaaS
• Proven track record developing partner-facing content
• Strong project management skills
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Familiarity with payments ecosystem or cross-border commerce
