Director, Institutional Derivative Sales - Digital Assets

Keyrock is seeking a dynamic Director of Derivative Sales to drive strategic growth in the digital asset derivatives market. We're looking for an innovative leader who can expand our corporate and institutional client base through comprehensive derivative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutional and corporate clients
• Identify high-value leads with strategic market alignment
• Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships
• Design bespoke derivative and liquidity provision models
• Collaborate across trading, product, and technology teams
• Conduct fundamental market analysis and develop risk-return models
• Mentor sales team members and represent Keyrock at industry events

Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, with 3+ years in digital asset derivatives
• Extensive knowledge of derivatives (options, futures, structured products)
• Proven track record closing complex deals with institutional clients
• Strong network in crypto and traditional finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
