About This Role
As Head of Community Marketing, you'll spearhead our mission to build and nurture a thriving community of Magic Eden enthusiasts. You'll be both strategist and hands-on leader, personally engaging with users while developing a world-class team of community managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute community growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Create scalable frameworks for building an engaged, loyal community
- Lead by example through active community engagement and relationship building
- Drive community initiatives through partnerships, marketing, and grant programs
- Transform community feedback into actionable product and marketing strategies
- Establish and track KPIs to measure and optimize community success
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of community managers
- Oversee engaging content creation and educational campaigns
- Plan and execute impactful virtual events and thought leadership programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of team leadership experience in a crypto company
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling crypto communities
- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience building relationships with crypto influencers and KOLs
- Expertise in community management tools and analytics platforms
- Virtual event organization experience
