B2B Event Manager

Our innovative Contextual AI Engine, combined with Connector APIs and Human Adaptive Feedback, goes beyond basic translation to provide hyper-accurate, business-focused results.

We're seeking an Event Manager to join our Marketing team in London, UK. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you'll drive LILT's global presence through strategic event management, working closely with our regional Field Sales team and reporting to the Head of Demand Generation & Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute corporate tradeshow and event strategy, managing commercial event calendar and ROI evaluation
• Track and manage detailed event budgets while delivering high-quality experiences
• Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and service providers
• Oversee attendee experience from pre-event communication to post-event follow-up
• Execute on-site event logistics including shipping, setup, registration, AV, and catering
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to align event goals
• Develop promotional campaigns using email marketing and social media
• Analyze event performance and present post-event reports with KPIs

Requirements:

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-tech industry
• Proven success in executing event campaigns and generating pipeline
• Strong understanding of corporate enterprise landscape, preferably in AI or Tech
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Expert project management and prioritization abilities
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo)

This is a contract position requiring UK work authorization.
