CRM Manager

We're seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the development and optimization of omnichannel communication strategies and elevate our customer journeys. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of lead nurture, user retention, and a proven track record in driving engagement and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and automate advanced omnichannel communication chains across email, mobile push, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Champion customer centricity using data and insights to create quality experiences across all touchpoints
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign effectiveness and generate new hypotheses
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve communication performance
• Identify and implement new strategies to enhance lead nurture and user retention
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life
• Craft and refine the overall communication strategy to maximize customer lifetime value

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing, focusing on large-scale user bases (>5m)
• Experience with the US/EU market and deep understanding of regional user behaviors
• Expertise in automating complex omnichannel communication flows
• Success in creating and deploying advanced segmentation strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with leading CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, eSputnik, Exponea, GetResponse, OneSignal)
• Solid understanding of spam filters and deliverability optimization
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members and driving cross-functional projects
