Sr Manager, Web Experience

We're seeking a Sr Manager, Web Experience to join our Growth team and drive customer acquisition through website expansion and optimization. You'll oversee web development, content management, SEO, and conversion rate optimization programs, bringing your passion for digital marketing and B2B best practices to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Manage agency, prioritize development, expand component library, and drive UX/conversion strategy
• Content Management: Hands-on CMS work and cross-functional collaboration for new web pages
• SEO: Collaborate with agency and internal teams to expand search presence
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop testing roadmap, deploy experiments, and analyze results
• Reporting and Analysis: Utilize data to inform website strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years in web experience roles
• Experience managing web development sprints
• Strong understanding of SEO and CRO best practices
• Hands-on, builder mentality
• B2B high-growth tech company experience
• Autonomous problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Track record of professional and academic success
