Order Desk is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to amplify our support for businesses in the ecommerce landscape. This temporary full-time position, with potential for permanence, offers an exciting opportunity to be the voice and face of Order Desk across social media platforms.

As our Community Engagement Specialist, you'll engage with partners and the wider ecommerce community, crafting content that resonates with diverse audiences. You'll moderate online groups, create video content, and serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with the ecommerce community on social media and forums
Build relationships with partners and advocate for Order Desk
Create and share video content for various platforms
Moderate online groups and ensure productive discussions
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams
Collaborate on creating resources like blog posts and technical guides
Analyze community engagement data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of digital community engagement experience
Proven portfolio of engaging social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in basic mobile video editing tools
Strong multitasking and project management skills
Natural connector with a warm, friendly tone
Creative problem-solver with attention to detail
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software
Self-motivated and comfortable working during US Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the ecommerce industry
PR and Marketing experience
Proficiency in analyzing social media data
