We're seeking a Director of Regional Marketing (B2B) to lead our marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Based in Sydney, this role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive customer growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand
  • Lead and mentor a team of ambitious marketers
  • Drive demand generation through multiple channels including digital, offline, events, and content
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including events, OOH advertising, and partner co-marketing
  • Oversee local product launches in collaboration with various teams
  • Generate customer insights to refine target audience understanding and value proposition
  • Build and maintain a trusted, forward-thinking brand across ANZ

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, primarily in B2B growth
  • Proven track record in integrated campaign management
  • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous fintech and startup experience
