Growth Marketing Project Manager

Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses, is seeking a Growth Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Valued at US$5.6 billion and backed by world-leading investors, we're revolutionizing the global payments and financial industry.

As our Growth Marketing Project Manager, you'll be the crucial link between Product, Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Engineering teams. You'll drive website improvements, increase conversion rates, and support Product-led Growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between technical and non-technical teams for website improvements and in-product growth initiatives
• Review and refine project briefs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Collaborate with the Website Product Owner on roadmap planning and project delivery
• Manage cross-functional workflows for maximum efficiency
• Assess and adjust resource allocation based on project needs
• Partner with Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, and Growth Engineering teams on in-product campaign tools and launches
• Lead go-to-market content creation for new product and country launches
• Champion CMS best practices and conduct training

Requirements:

• 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in a high-growth global tech company
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira) and agile processes
• Experience working on a global website with a focus on organic growth
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with Contentful platform (preferred)
