We're seeking a high-impact Director of Demand Generation to supercharge our global marketing engine and drive scalable pipeline growth. You'll lead a data-driven approach to full-funnel marketing across inbound, outbound, ABM, and lifecycle strategies at an innovative AI translation company transforming enterprise communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the entire demand generation pipeline with strategic, measurable campaigns
  • Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
  • Design and optimize lead funnel from acquisition through SQL handoff
  • Leverage HubSpot to architect scalable marketing automation workflows
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, and events
  • Create performance dashboards to continuously optimize ROI and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and revenue teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B SaaS demand generation experience, with 4+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record scaling demand engines in high-growth SaaS companies
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise and marketing automation skills
  • Deep understanding of pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Ability to integrate inbound, outbound, ABM, and paid media strategies
  • Strong executive communication and collaboration skills
