This is a remote jobWe're seeking a high-impact Director of Demand Generation to supercharge our global marketing engine and drive scalable pipeline growth. You'll lead a data-driven approach to full-funnel marketing across inbound, outbound, ABM, and lifecycle strategies at an innovative AI translation company transforming enterprise communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the entire demand generation pipeline with strategic, measurable campaigns
- Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team
- Design and optimize lead funnel from acquisition through SQL handoff
- Leverage HubSpot to architect scalable marketing automation workflows
- Develop multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, and events
- Create performance dashboards to continuously optimize ROI and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and revenue teams
Requirements
- 8+ years B2B SaaS demand generation experience, with 4+ years in leadership
- Proven track record scaling demand engines in high-growth SaaS companies
- Advanced HubSpot expertise and marketing automation skills
- Deep understanding of pipeline and revenue metrics
- Ability to integrate inbound, outbound, ABM, and paid media strategies
- Strong executive communication and collaboration skills
