Senior Marketing Data Analyst, Paid Social

With a team of 700+ professionals spread across 5 global hubs, we're dedicated to revolutionizing personal health through innovative nutrition tracking, fitness solutions, and customized wellness journeys.

We're currently seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to drive our Paid Social channels, particularly focusing on Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex analysis of paid social channels, providing actionable insights on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven improvements in targeting, creative execution, and budget allocation
• Collaborate with marketing teams on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements
• Create and maintain dashboards, define key metrics, and ensure data integrity
• Conduct competitive and market analysis
• Design and execute A/B tests to enhance user engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Deep knowledge of Meta or TikTok infrastructure and Meta Pixel
• Strong SQL skills and experience with visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, GA, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
• Python knowledge (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Data design/modeling expertise
