We're seeking a Field Marketing & Events Senior Coordinator to drive our customer acquisition program through industry events, networking dinners, educational seminars, and dental association partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Dandy-hosted events including dinners, networking experiences, and educational seminars
• Manage comprehensive event logistics from pre-event marketing to guest list management
• Travel for onsite event execution and support
• Develop and maintain dental association sponsorships nationwide
• Track and analyze field marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve ROI targets
• Work alongside Sr. Events Manager on various company initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B event marketing experience
• Proven track record in field marketing event management
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated professional and academic success
• Salesforce experience preferred
