We're looking for a Senior Director of Field Marketing to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative field marketing strategies while working closely with our sales team to generate pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead regional conferences, experiences, and deal acceleration programs
• Partner with sales teams to design effective marketing programs
• Build and manage a growing field marketing team
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI
• Manage field marketing budget and resource allocation
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, emphasizing field and event marketing leadership
• Proven track record in field marketing strategy and regional event execution
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with event management tools and CRM software
