Key Responsibilities

• Manage and measure multi-channel direct mail campaigns with precise budget and vendor management
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize targeting and maximize ROI
• Develop targeted nurture programs to convert leads across the customer journey
• Execute cross-channel campaigns including email, webinars, and direct mail
• Own campaign reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns
• Analytical mindset with data tracking and insight generation expertise
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot and CRM systems
• Creative problem-solving approach
• Experience managing campaign budgets and inventory
