We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee lead management across our Marketing and Sales funnel. As an ideal candidate, you're a strategic thinker with deep understanding of funnel dynamics, data analysis, and process optimization, ready to shape Airwallex's next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Marketing and Sales funnel performance using data analytics tools
• Identify and address funnel inefficiencies to improve lead retention
• Drive standardized lead management processes across Marketing and Sales teams
• Create performance reports with actionable insights for senior management
• Train team members on funnel management best practices
• Oversee Marketing automation, AI technology, and CRM systems
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations or funnel management experience in B2B tech
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying funnel inefficiencies
• Solid understanding of data management practices
• Experience in implementing lead management processes
• Knowledge of B2B Sales processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of customer journey
• Marketing automation certifications and basic SQL skills (preferred)
