Manager, Partner Marketing

Position Overview

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager in Singapore to drive our ecosystem partner marketing programs, with a focus on our global affiliate program. You'll be instrumental in building partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, including partner onboarding and performance tracking
• Identify and recruit strategic ecosystem partners across global markets
• Analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies
• Ensure partner content aligns with product offerings and local market needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
• Deliver regular performance reports and data-driven insights

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in affiliate or content creator marketing
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Impact, Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred

• B2B or fintech marketing experience
• Understanding of cross-border payments and financial services
