Display Advertising Executive / User Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a talented Google Ads Display Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage multi-million dollar campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage a $1M+ budget and directly impact company performance through strategic digital advertising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Drive performance across Display Network, Demand Gen, and YouTube channels
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for business growth
• Develop and execute scaling strategies for display campaigns
• Plan and implement A/B testing and optimization initiatives
• Provide strategic input on creative and landing page optimizations
• Monitor KPIs and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
• Conduct competitive research and maintain vendor partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize ROI

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Google Ads campaign management, specifically GDN
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Clarisights)
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Strategic thinking and adaptability
• Experience with DSPs and native ads platforms (preferred)
• Proven track record in change management
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making
