Creative Delivery Lead

We're seeking a Creative Delivery Lead to optimize and oversee the delivery of visual content across our 5 products. You'll be instrumental in streamlining our creative process through three key stages: concept, produce, and deliver, with a primary focus on the delivery phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and align creative processes across all production stages
• Manage resource allocation and prevent role duplication
• Build and manage a network of freelancers for peak periods
• Oversee workflow transition from production to final delivery
• Analyze team efficiency and optimize end-to-end workflows
• Prepare teams for peak periods (Q5) through flexible resource management
• Monitor and meet demand for thousands of weekly assets
• Ensure timely delivery within budget for global marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Extensive experience in end-to-end production with large deliverables
• Strong understanding of marketing creative processes
• Knowledge of graphic and motion design techniques
• Experience maintaining efficient production pipelines
• Familiarity with AI tooling for content processing
• Ability to review and improve processes to meet marketing goals
