Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We're currently seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to drive our Paid Social channels, particularly TikTok, through data-driven insights and strategic optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and ensure data validation
• Transform business requirements into analytical reports
• Create and maintain dashboards, define KPIs, and monitor data integrity
• Optimize marketing performance metrics (revenue, reach, engagement)
• Drive data-backed decisions through team collaboration

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Marketing/Data analysis
• SQL proficiency
• Experience with visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
• Excellence in mathematics and quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
• Understanding of UA funnel (SRN, non-SRN)
• Proven multi-project management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with MMP, GA4, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
• Python knowledge (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Data design/modeling expertise
