Senior Community Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Senior Community Marketing Manager to lead our community strategy and drive engagement in the crypto space. This remote position operates during Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community growth strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of community managers while establishing best practices
• Create high-impact campaigns including educational content, live events, and AMAs
• Analyze community metrics and provide data-driven insights to guide strategy
• Build strategic partnerships with community ambassadors and relevant projects
• Establish frameworks for community engagement and user retention
• Serve as the community voice in cross-functional discussions
• Design and implement community incentive programs

Requirements

• 5+ years in community management, including 2+ years in senior crypto/fintech role
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
• Proven track record in developing successful community strategies
• Strong team management and cross-functional leadership experience
• Expertise in community analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent relationship-building skills with influencers and partners
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with community engagement software and CRM tools
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and gamified reward systems
• Event management experience (virtual and in-person)
